Our partnership with the Pears Foundation 

Over the past ten years, funding from the Pears Foundation has helped School-Home Support invest in our essential functions, and plan for our development and growth to reach more children and families across the country. Unrestricted funding is often the hardest to secure but without it, we could not reach any of the children and young people we support.

Recently, we have been able to use our unrestricted funding to strengthen our HR function so that we can recruit and retain the very best people to support our children and families; our finance function to improve our future financial planning, and our impact measurement so that we can evidence the impact we achieve. 

Without these functions, we would not be able to deliver and grow our services to support children and families and aspire to our vision for every child to be in school, every day, by 2050.
